Where is HunBite available?
We are live across Kolkata and expanding neighbourhood by neighbourhood. If a restaurant near you is not on HunBite yet, send them our way — onboarding takes an afternoon.
Do I pay extra for ordering from a video?
No. The price you see on the dish is the price at checkout. Delivery fee, platform fee and taxes are itemised separately before you pay, and there is never a surcharge for ordering out of the feed.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge until the restaurant starts cooking. If you already paid, the refund is raised automatically with your bank or UPI app — you do not have to chase anyone for it.
How do restaurants get paid?
Orders are settled on a regular payout cycle, with every order, fee and adjustment itemised in the partner dashboard. Cash-on-delivery collections are reconciled in the same statement.
Can I deliver for HunBite?
Yes. Sign up in the app as a delivery partner, add your vehicle and area, and you can start accepting orders as soon as you are verified. You choose when you are available.
Who moderates the content?
Our trust and safety team reviews reported videos, reviews and accounts. Every moderation decision is logged with the reason and the person who made it, and nothing is ever silently deleted.
